Surveyors keep full ownership of the photographs and text they file. Filing with the Registry does not transfer ownership of your content.
The Registry hosts filings as references and reference records. The Registry claims no ownership of the content submitted by surveyors.
Surveyors confirm they have the right to share everything they file, including all photographs and written descriptions.
The Registry may remove or strike entries that fall outside the survey standards. Struck records keep their serial designation as a matter of record.
Serials and survey IDs are issued by the Registry and remain Registry designations. They may not be altered or reassigned by surveyors.
Filings may be reproduced in official Registry publications with credit to the surveyor.
